Health Talk

Yasadem Distance Physiotherapy Center in collaboration with Nanumba South District Assembly organized a health talk with staffs of the assembly on Wednesday 4th October, 2023. Chief Instructor of Yasadem Distance Physiotherapy Center, Doctor George Mbrah Aikins led the talk.

He took us through the “signs of heart attack”, where he mentioned four (4) main signs

1. Angina (Chest pain), this mostly occur when; (i) we eat late (ii) too much meat (iii) too much sugar
2. Palpitation (Irregular heartbeat)
3. Breath limitation (Shortness of breath)
4. Hypertension
