ABLEKUMA CENTRAL RECEIVES HEAVY DUTY EQUIPMENT AND MACHINARY FROM CENTRAL GOVERNMENT

As part of Government of Ghana’s efforts to equip the various Metropolitan Municipal and Distrct Assemblies with the necessary logistics and equipment in administering and demystifying governance at the local level, Ablekuma Central has received its share of this national fortune.

On friday 16th August, 2024, Ablekuma Central MCE Hon. Mariama Karley Amui together with her entourage led the team to convey the necessary equipment to the Municipality.

As it’s been reported, the vehicles range from Tipper Truck, Water Tanker, Grader, Compactor and Backhoe machine.

The vehicles will be used for

• ♎ Construction and building projects
• ♎Infrastructure development
• ♎Road maintenance and construction
• ♎Waste management and improvement in sanitation
• ♎Heavy hauling and transportation
• ♎Excavating and loading materials in construction, landscaping and demolition projects.

The second set of items will be communicated to the assembly in due time for onward delivery.
